joy5 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. This process — known as KYC (Know Your Customer) — may require you to submit proof of identity and proof of address. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driver's licence. Accounts that fail to complete verification may have withdrawals suspended until documents are provided and approved.
You must not share your account with any other person. All activity conducted through your account, including bets placed and deposits made, is your sole responsibility unless you have reported a compromise to support in advance.
All deposits on joy5 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method — current limits are displayed on the Deposit page.
Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically credited to your joy5 balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. joy5 does not charge any fees for standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control.
Note on Deposit Bonuses: If a bonus is attached to your deposit, the bonus terms — including minimum deposit amount, eligible games and wagering requirements — must be reviewed before completing the deposit. Bonuses cannot be reversed once a deposit qualifying for that offer has been processed.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. joy5 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or different payment methods without prior verification and approval.
Once a withdrawal request is approved by joy5, the funds are sent to your payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally completed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. joy5 is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient payment provider once funds have been dispatched.
Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. VIP members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits. Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the offer description. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage. These contribution rates are listed in the individual offer terms.
Important: joy5 does not retroactively change the terms of a bonus once you have opted in and the qualifying deposit has been processed. If terms are amended, the change applies only to future offers, not active ones.

Given the significance of Pakistan Super League and T20 cricket to our player base, specific rules apply to PSL markets. Match result bets on PSL games that are reduced in overs due to weather or ground conditions are settled based on the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result where applicable. Player-specific markets (top batsman, top wicket-taker) are settled only when the relevant player has batted or bowled as applicable in that match.
